1. Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the BOMI AI application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
BOMI AI is an AI-powered personal assistant iOS application that provides the following features:
- On-device AI processing for privacy and security
- Automated diary and journaling
- Intelligent calendar management
- Daily and weekly routine management
- Contact management and organization
- Contact search across multiple languages
- Personal productivity tools
3. Subscription Terms
Free Trial: We offer a 7-day free trial for new users. You will not be charged during the trial period.
Monthly Subscription: After the free trial, the subscription will automatically renew at $2.99/month unless cancelled.
Lifetime Purchase: One-time payment of $24.99 for permanent access to all premium features.
Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
Refunds: Refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policy. Contact Apple Support for refund requests.
4. User Accounts and Data
On-Device Processing: All AI processing is performed locally on your device. Your personal data is not sent to external servers.
Data Storage: Your diary entries, calendar events, and personal information are stored locally on your device.
Your Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your device and any data stored within the App.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any illegal purposes
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the App
- Use the App in any way that could damage or overburden Apple's services
- Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
6. Intellectual Property
The App and all content, features, and functionality are owned by AIdentify and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AIDENTIFY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE APP.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms within the App. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
